Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the www.powerflexfit.co.uk website (“the Website”) operated by POWERFLEX FITNESS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED “us,” “we,” or “our”).

  • Territory: This Website and our products are intended for customers in the United Kingdom (UK) and the Republic of Ireland (ROI). We do not accept orders or ship to other countries unless specified.

2. Products & Services

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available and will offer a full refund or an alternative product.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Order Confirmation: When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed between you and us only when we dispatch the goods to you.
  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in either GBP (£) for UK customers or EUR (€) for ROI customers and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be added at checkout.
  • Payment: We accept payments via e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the total amount of your order to your chosen payment method.
  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or if fraud is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Locations:  We ship to addresses within the UK and ROI.
  • Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier.
  • Risk & Title: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from the Website passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds (UK & ROI)

  • Right to Cancel (UK & ROI): As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your order within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. You must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., an email).
  • Returns Period: You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
  • Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, in the original packaging.
  • Refunds: We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made to your original payment method. We will refund the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
  • Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate.
